Gritman Medical Center engaged GREYSTONE to perform a Market and Feasibility Study for the potential development of a new medical office park. GREYSTONE was then selected to perform fee-for-service leasing and consulting for the development of the satellite campus.

Matagorda Regional Medical Center

Bay City, TX

Matagorda County Hospital District initially engaged GREYSTONE to perform a Market and Feasibility Study to facilitate on-campus medical office development. GREYSTONE was then engaged as Owner’s Representative for campus master planning and development services. A partnership with American Renal Associates led to the development of an on-campus Dialysis Center and Medical Office Building.

Wilkes-Barre General Hospital

Mountain Top, PA

Wilkes-Barre General Hospital initially engaged GREYSTONE to perform a Market and Feasibility Study for a comprehensive healthcare services facility in the Mountain Top, PA area. Development of the new M.O.B. commenced immediately after the study and initial occupancy occurred within a year.

West Texas Medical Plaza

Big Spring, TX

Greystone acquired the existing facility from the City of Big Spring and invested over $4.5M into redeveloping the dated and neglected building. All existing tenants were retained and currently occupy renovated suites. Greystone Management Services provides ongoing property management.
