Jennie Stuart Health’s Blue Creek South campus in Hopkinsville, Kentucky is located at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Eagle Way, two key commercial corridors that continue to experience significant growth. Medical Park One was master-planned as the initial facility to anchor Jennie Stuart Health’s campus and to become the foundation of a healthcare hub serving the southern Kentucky region. GREYSTONE structured the real estate as a partnership with Jennie Stuart to ensure a mutually-beneficial, long-term relationship with the healthcare system. Custom-designed and built around a number of specialty providers, the 48,000 square-foot Medical Park One features an Urgent Care Center (Jennie Care), Occupational Health with Lab and Imaging, Physical Therapy and Wellness, Orthopaedics, Ear, Nose and Throat, and Dermatology, all staffed by Jennie Stuart physicians and employees. In addition, Vanderbilt University Medical Center is leasing approximately ten percent of the building for a Cardiology and Plastic Surgery clinic to compliment the services offered by Jennie Stuart Health.
