Kenneth Birdsong

Ken Birdsong brings over 25 years of healthcare real estate development and project management expertise to his clientele. He has coordinated the development and construction of shell building and interior fit-up projects ranging from $200,000 to $20 million.  His leadership experience also includes the management of on and off-campus medical office buildings, diagnostic, imaging, and surgery centers ranging from 7,000 s.f. to over 110,000 s.f.  Mr. Birdsong has managed every aspect of these projects including project feasibility, land acquisition, engagement of project team members, design and construction management, financing, leasing, compliance assessment, partnership creation and property management.
