Project: Cathcart Health Center
Description:
This Class-A, multi-tenant facility was developed to provide West Park Hospital with physician expansion and recruitment space, to house a number of hospital off-campus services, and to serve the Big Horn Basin communities with a much needed, enhanced Urgent Care Center.
The shell building and landscaping were designed to complement Cody’s old west architectural theme while incorporating some of the latest construction technology and “green” building features. Site bioswales, interior and exterior gray-water systems, Mecho bottom-up window shades, interior light motion sensors and an underground water conservation cistern were featured as integral parts of the environmentally conscious development approach.
Absaroka Orthopaedics, Northern Rockies Neuro-Spine, Northern Wyoming Ophthalmology, Big Horn Foot Clinic, along with the hospital Pharmacy and Urgent Care Center and several other practices initially occupied the facility. Under GREYSTONE’S management, the facility opened on schedule and within budget.
