Project Overview:
Siloam Springs Regional Hospital initially engaged GREYSTONE to perform a Market and Feasibility Study for an on-campus medical office building to serve the hospital and local physicians. Development of the new M.O.B. commenced immediately following the study.

This multi-tenant medical office building was developed to provide on-campus medical office space for local independent physicians and various hospital services. This MOB was structured under a physician-ownership model with all independent physician tenants owning a proportionate share of the building.
The single-story, steel frame structure compliments the Siloam Springs Regional Hospital with a brick and EIFS exterior and sustainable building systems including low emissivity glazing and energy efficient lighting.
Initial tenants included The Siloam Springs Women’s Center, Northwest Arkansas Surgical Clinic, Ozark Orthopaedics, Siloam Springs Cardiology, and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital Therapy.
