Description:
The original structure of this multi-tenant medical office building was over 40 years old when Greystone acquired it from the City of Big Spring. Greystone then invested capital and managed extensive renovations to the site, shell and tenant areas ultimately redeveloping the facility into an updated and modern Class-A M.O.B. With the building being attached to the Scenic Mountain Medical Center on all three floors and tenants occupying over 80% of the areas, the renovations required meticulous construction and logistical management.
Site improvements included a new underground water main, a replacement code-compliant parking lot with new landscaping islands and beds along with new LED site lighting. Shell improvements included a new roof, complete exterior window and door replacement, skin resurfacing, new chiller, 117 VAV boxes, a Building Automation System, LED lighting, a wet fire sprinkler system, new fire alarm system, new public restrooms and complete common area finish upgrades. Most tenant areas also received finish upgrades.
