Project Overview:
Gritman Medical Center engaged GREYSTONE to perform a Market and Feasibility Study for the potential development of a new medical office park. GREYSTONE was then selected to perform fee-for-service leasing and consulting for the development of the satellite campus.

Description:
Gritman Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital located in the Palouse region of northern Idaho. With the hospital campus landlocked, a strategic satellite location was needed for the development of facilities to expand hospital services. Gritman initially engaged Greystone to perform master planning, leasing and consulting services for the satellite campus, Gritman Medical Park. Two new multi-tenant facilities were ultimately developed adjacent to a hospital joint-ventured surgery center.

Gritman Medical Office Building I, a single-story, 7,700 square foot facility, cost approximately $2 Million to construct and develop. The medical office building opened its doors in the 3rd quarter of 2008 and provided office and clinical areas for a General Practice group and Plastic Surgeons.

Medical Office Building II, a two story, 29,200 square foot facility, had a building and development cost of approximately $7 Million and opened during the second quarter of 2009. Initial tenants included a Fresenius Dialysis Clinic, Inland Orthopaedics, Moscow Family Medicine and Gritman Radiology Center.
